This sauce is a great marinade for wings or flank steak for tacos. It has a hint of sweet and hint of spice with a smokey flavor. I tried it also with shrimp for a great seafood twist.

As an accomplished home chef, I’m not often using ready-made sauces, but this will be on my go-to list. What makes it valuable is its versatility. Sure, it would be a superb option for wings and ribs, etc. but you can take this around the world where it would fit in nicely with Asian, African, or South American cuisines.
