I like heat and I like Tamarind, but the heat of the hot version of Tamarind Heads is a bit nuclear on a finger dip. Having said that, I reserved my last round of Saturday Night Ribs for a basting of Tamarine Heads Hot and got the best ribs ever. And NOT hot.
Amazing sauce!! I’m very picky with sauces, but this one was hands down amazing!! I need to stock up on these Tamarind Heads BBQ sauce!
