TROPICAL SHRIMP TACOS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs Pink Shrimp
  • 2 oz Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce
  • 2 oz White Wine
  • Juice from 1/2 a Lime
  • Tortillas or Shells and Toppings of your Choice! 

Prep Time: 1 Hour

Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Serves: 4

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce, White Wine, and Lime juice in a bowl
  2. Peel and clean shrimp, then toss in the bowl. Coat well.
  3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 hour
  4. Cook shrimp on pan or grill until crisp and firm - ranges from 3 to 7 minutes depending on size of shrimp
  5. Heat Tortillas or Shells and assemble tacos! (Hint: 1 oz of Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce with 1/2 Pint of Sour Cream is a perfect taco topper!)
