TROPICAL SHRIMP TACOS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Pink Shrimp
- 2 oz Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce
- 2 oz White Wine
- Juice from 1/2 a Lime
- Tortillas or Shells and Toppings of your Choice!
Prep Time: 1 Hour
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 4
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce, White Wine, and Lime juice in a bowl
- Peel and clean shrimp, then toss in the bowl. Coat well.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 hour
- Cook shrimp on pan or grill until crisp and firm - ranges from 3 to 7 minutes depending on size of shrimp
- Heat Tortillas or Shells and assemble tacos! (Hint: 1 oz of Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce with 1/2 Pint of Sour Cream is a perfect taco topper!)
