Sizzling Grilled Ribs Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 4 lbs of fresh Pork or Beef spare ribs
- 6 oz Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce
- 2 oz Red Wine
- 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
Prep Time: 9 - 12 Hours
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 - 6
DIRECTIONS
- Coat ribs with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
- Whisk 3 oz Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce and Red Wine together in a bowl
- Brush mixture over Ribs after dry rub coating
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight 9 - 12 hours
- Grill ribs while liberally coating with remaining Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce
