Sizzling Grilled Ribs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 lbs of fresh Pork or Beef spare ribs
  • 6 oz Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce 
  • 2 oz Red Wine
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

Prep Time: 9 - 12 Hours 

Cook Time: 30 Minutes

Serves: 4 - 6 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Coat ribs with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder
  2. Whisk 3 oz Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce and Red Wine together in a bowl
  3. Brush mixture over Ribs after dry rub coating  
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight 9 - 12 hours
  5. Grill ribs while liberally coating with remaining Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce
