Catch of the Day with Grilled Salmon Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs raw salmon
  • 5 tbsp Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce
  • 2 oz white wine
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lime

Prep Time: 1 hour 15 Minutes

Cook Time: 10 Minutes

Serves: 3 to 4

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut raw salmon into ~6 oz filets
  2. In metal mixing bowl, add 3 oz Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce, white wine, black pepper, salt and lime 
  3. Add raw salmon and toss all ingredients in bowl until fully coated
  4. Cover salmon with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
  5. Grill filets to desired wellness
  6. Drizzle remaining Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce over cooked filets
