Catch of the Day with Grilled Salmon Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs raw salmon
- 5 tbsp Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce
- 2 oz white wine
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lime
Prep Time: 1 hour 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 3 to 4
DIRECTIONS
- Cut raw salmon into ~6 oz filets
- In metal mixing bowl, add 3 oz Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce, white wine, black pepper, salt and lime
- Add raw salmon and toss all ingredients in bowl until fully coated
- Cover salmon with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Grill filets to desired wellness
- Drizzle remaining Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce over cooked filets
