Tamarind Heads Aioli with Veggie Crudité Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp Hellman's or Dukes Mayonnaise 
  • 2 - 4 oz Tamarind Heads BBQ Sauce of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Capers (Optional)
  • 1 cup southern marinade
  • Crudité of your choice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl 
  2. Serve with crudité
  3. Also great as a spread for Burgers and dipping for Fried Chicken/Vegetable Tempura
